9 days to graduation. I can do this! But first a little creative time! Have you heard of the Watercolor Blog Hop that Pretty Pink Posh is hosting? Well I have a few cards that I will be sharing tomorrow, but while I was thinking of ideas of cards to make, I was playing around with my distress markers and saw that I holding the same color combo as the Newton's Nook Design's Inky Paw's Challenge.
The more I use Distress Markers the more I am enjoying and gaining confidence. The key to success in my opinion is to use water color paper and a water brush, and some practice!
For this card I used the Love Grows stamp set and the sentiment is from the Simply Sentimental, stamping with versa mark ink and embossing in gold. The distress markers that I used are Picked Raspberry, Cracked Pistachio and Abandoned Coral.
I trimmed the water color paper to fit a kraft card stock and added a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins from the 4mm and 6mm spring mix.
I am off to edit some pictures for tomorrow, make sure to come back cause I have a lot of cards to share!!
